SureServ is the first and only microfinance mobile app for healthcare use.
We give a credit line through the SureServ mobile app which a borrower can use to pay for healthcare needs like vaccines, clinic/hospital services and medicines, availed from our merchant and doctor partners.
You can use SureServ at any of our merchant and doctor partners.

2.80% per payment cycle. Payment cycle is every 15th and 30th of the month.
There is no fixed credit period but there is a minimum amount to be paid every payment cycle.
Anyone above 21 years old with stable income.
1. Download the SureServ mobile app from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Apply for an account by completing the application form.
3. Attach required documents (Government issued ID; Payslip/ITR; Proof of Billing; Selfie)
4. Wait for credit line approval (24-48 hours)
5. Receive approval email.

There is no application nor membership fee that needs to be paid when applying for an account.
Approval will only take 24-48 hours upon signing up.
We offer credit line of Php 3,000.00.
You can apply again after 6 months.
For vaccines:
     1. Avail of vaccines from accredited doctor partners.
     2. Log in to your SureServ account and check your available credit balance.
     3. Show your QR code to the doctor for scanning and the doctor will enter the amount to pay.
     4. Double check amount from the doctor’s app and enter MPIN to pay.
     5. Receive a reference number for a successful transaction and secure official receipt from the doctor.
For clinic/hospital services & medicines:
     1. Avail of clinic services or medicines from accredited merchant partners.
     2. Login to your SureServ account and check your available credit balance.
     3. Scan SureServ’s QR code by the counter and input the amount to pay.
     4. Double check amount and enter MPIN to pay.
     5. Receive a reference number for a successful transaction and secure official receipt.

You can reset your password or MPIN through our SureServ app, click “Need Help”.
Payment cycle is every 15th and 30th of the month.
The minimum amount to be paid per payment cycle is Php 300 or 10% of the outstanding balance, whichever is higher.
There is an underpayment charge of Php 6.00 for every Php 300.00 on the outstanding balance.
Late payment is considered as an underpayment and there is an underpayment charge of Php 6.00 for every Php 300.00 on the outstanding balance.
1. Receive SMS reminder every 11th and 26th of the month.
2. Check billing statement on the mobile app.
3. Pay amount due every 15th and 30th of the month thru preferred payment channel.
4. Upload proof of payment on the SureServ app.
5. Receive confirmation of payment and account balance will be updated on the SureServ app.

You can pay at any of SureServ’s accredited payment channels, such as BDO, BPI, Unionbank, and other upcoming collection partners. Details are found in your Statement of Account.
Transaction fees vary depending on payment channel.
It will take 24 to 48 hours after uploading proof of payment through the SureServ app.
Yes.
You cannot refund an overpayment but it will be applied on your next availment.
